Business Meetings
WGA Gregory Pelley hands over his duties to Convention President Christine Brazill (Vitruvius).
The main purpose of the Convention is to hold Alpha Rho Chi's annual business meetings. These meetings take approximately 6 hours, and include tasks such as voting for officers, discussion of motions and potential amendments to the Fraternity's Constitution and Bylaws.
The active chapter and alumni association delegates operate as the government of Alpha Rho Chi while the Convention is in session. A Convention President, Secretary and Parliamentarian are elected. All business meetings follow Robert's Rules of Order.
Students and alumni from all over the country participate in the the Convention's business sessions.
