Lodging and Registration
Registration for the conference includes hotel accommodations, all programming and materials, breakfast and lunch or dinner Friday and Saturday, and dinner Saturday with Pytheos actives and alumni. Prices vary depending on room occupancy.

We will be staying at the Embassy Suites Hotel - Lincoln.
Included with hotel:
- cook to order breakfast
- daily happy hour in lobby
- wireless internet
If you want to book an extra night prior to or after our event you can book rooms directly with the hotel at our negotiated rate if the hotel has availability.
Registration Refund Policy
Due to the costs involved with conference materials, a portion of the registration will be kept after the following established dates. Cancellations after 9/13/10 will be refunded $50 less than the registration amount. Cancellations after 10/1/10 will be refunded $100 less than the registration amount.
Transportation Reimbursement Information
Alpha Rho Chi will reimburse partial travel expenses per organization when chapters, colonies, or alumni associations (in good standing) send attendees to Leadership Conference 2010. This year’s travel reimbursement will be $300.
Omaha-Lincoln Travel Information
We recommend that members who are attending LC10 should plan to use Oma-Link http://www.omalink.com/ as their first travel option if flying into Omaha, NE.
There is an opportunity for local actives/alumni to provide limited shuttling service. These rides will be coordinating through the LC Director. If you are interested, the LC Director will need your travel itinerary to match a ride, if available. Please forward a copy of your travel schedule to the LC Director (leadership@alpharhochi.org) and we will contact you if a matching ride is available. If you don’t send your travel information you will not be considered for this opportunity.
