Forms

E-1 Directory Cards

Documentation to register newly initiated members. One copy of the card is to be kept in Chapter records, the other to be sent to the WGE with the E-2 and E-3 reports.

E-2 Monthly Membership Report

Chapters should complete and submit this report by the 10th day of each month September through April. Checks for monthly dues are to be made out to Alpha Rho Chi and mailed to the WGE.

E-3 Badge & Certificate Order Form

Updated Sept. 2007 Form for Chapters ordering badges and certificates for new members. Jewelry upgrades are available through this form. Current members may use this form to order replacement jewelry (please note $25 surcharge).

Pledge Pin Order Form

Chapters and colonies can order pledge pins online. Photos and information available.

Graduation Regalia Pin Order Form

Chapters can order honor cords and medallians for graduating members. Photos and information available.

E-4 Reimbursement Form

Form for submitting reimbursable expenses to the WGE

S-2 Semester Roster Report

Biannual update of Active member permanent addresses

AA-1 Alumni Association Report

Annual report of Alumni Associations including officers, financial reports and association dues.

Alumni Address Update Form

Online method for alumni to update current addresses.

Online Alumni Dues Payment

Online form for paying annual alumni dues by Visa or MasterCard.

Alumni Monthly Electronic Dues Payment

Form for alumni members to enroll in program to deduct dues on a monthly basis from their checking accounts.

Archi Pledge - 2007 Edition

(PDF 1.9 MB) Alpha Rho Chi's official pledge manual. As an educational tool, it explains the operations of Alpha Rho Chi, illustrates traditions and symbols of the fraternity, and presents a concise history of the entire fraternity. Written for colonies selecting a cadency mark, this guide covers the relevant design criteria. A history of the cadency marks of Alpha Rho Chi provides background on each chapter's emblem.
