Chapter Reports Now Online
The new APX Chapter Reporting System at crs.alpharhochi.org is currently active. The CRS replaces the old E-1, E-2, E-3 and S-2 forms as of Sept. 2010
- Chapter Reporting System
- New for Sept 2010. Online system for managing chapter rosters and filing monthly reports. Contact WGE for password support. Download the Quick Reference Guide (pdf).
- S-1 Member Information Form
- Form to collect name, contact, and other related information from pledges and new initiates. Chapters should enter this information directly into the Chapter Reporting System.
- APX Membership Database
- Database for mailing lists/contact reference. For membership records and fraternal use only. Contact WGS or WGAA for login.
Alumni Forms and Reports
- AA-1 Alumni Association Report
- Annual report of Alumni Associations including officers, financial reports and association dues.
- Alumni Address Update Form
- Online method for alumni to update current addresses.
- Alumni Dues
- Pay alumni dues online in one payment or with Monthly Dues Subscription.

- Chapters and colonies can order pledge pins online. Photos and information available.
- Graduation Regalia Pin Order Form
- Chapters can order honor cords and medallions for graduating members. Photos and information available.

- Form for submitting reimbursable expenses to the WGE
- General APX Credit Card Payment
- Secure form for miscellaneous credit card payments that are not covered by other forms.

- Handbook for Members
- This manual provides standards, guidelines, and tips for the workings of the fraternity and is a resource for information regarding resources available to your chapter or alumni association.
- Master Directory
- A contact list of current Grand Council Officers, National Appointees, Chapter Worthy Architects, Alumni Association Presidents, and other key contacts. This is NOT the full membership database and is not considered esoteric.
- Archi Pledge - July 2011 Edition
- (PDF 5.4 MB) Alpha Rho Chi's official pledge manual. As an educational tool, it explains the operations of Alpha Rho Chi, illustrates traditions and symbols of the fraternity, and presents a concise history of the entire fraternity.
