Leadership Conference is a full-day event designed to equip you with the tools to thrive in your leadership role. Through workshops and discussions, you'll explore strategies for chapter operations, health and safety, alumni relations, budgeting, and more. You'll connect with leaders from other chapters, exchange ideas, and expand your network. We expect you to return empowered—ready to share insights and provide the guidance needed to lead your chapter effectively.

Attendance
The Worthy Architect of each chapter is encouraged to attend, as programming will include operational strategies and other helpful leadership tools.
We expect attendees to return to their chapters and share the information and skills received while at Leadership Conference, providing the guidance necessary to successfully run a student organization.
Cost
Traditionally the cost for one student per chapter is covered by the National Fraternity. There is a deposit per attendee, reimbursable at the conclusion of Leadership Conference.
Note: Cancellation or changes to flight arrangement without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of all or part the deposit.
Travel
Following registration, collegiate members will be contacted by the Grand Council to coordinate travel arrangements.
Many attendees will fly but if the Chapter is within driving distance that may be the preferred means of transportation. Attendees should expect to spend the Friday and Sunday of LC weekend traveling.
